Yes, the job went well. I am impressed with the quality of the work and the care with which it was executed. Electrical plates were removed and not painted over. Wires, gutters, and windows were treated carefully and not painted over. The cost, considering the quality of the work, is exceptionally reasonable. Please commend your crew.

I just wanted to let you know that I think your painters are an exceptional group of workers. I was quite impressed by their dedication to their job, their courtesy, and their neatness. They seem to work so well as a team and they worked constantly. The only time they ever took a break was for lunch. They were all very careful working around the bushes, the light fixtures, and things like that and very careful every time they came inside the house.

Manny was a wonderful supervisor. He was always available when we needed him and was very patient with me with the porch color. Carlos the carpenter was very careful in the work that he did and didn’t seem to be bothered at all whenever he found any surprises – like the almost destroyed dormer window and the ants in the rotten garage wood. He got everything all fixed up.

Mauricio was particularly good. He did a beautiful job on the front door. He seemed to take great pride in his work and rightfully so. He was here alone all day today (Saturday) and I was impressed by how meticulous he was with everything he did. And at the end of the day, he went around and cleaned up every last speck of evidence of your painters’ presence here this week.

Sometimes you find a company you are pleased to work with repeatedly over the course of many years. Hoffman Painting is one of those companies. After a bathroom renovation nearly 10 years ago, we asked several firms to give us quotes for painting the remodeled room and all the rooms on our second floor. Last year after a kitchen renovation we contacted Hoffman and some other companies to give us quotes on repainting the new kitchen and all the rooms on our first floor. We were impressed to discover that George had a detailed record of all of the paint brands and colors his crew previously used in our home. As a result, he could quickly give us a very fair price on exactly what we wanted. He also offered excellent advice when we were struggling to choose paint colors. Then, when the crew arrived, it was a delight to welcome back many of the same friendly, capable professionals who had done the painting years earlier. Evidently, George treats his crew as well as he does his customers! Next time we need painting done, we’re going to skip the bids and just call George!

Not only is the team careful and precise in execution, but George is also helpful in the entire process of the job, from start to finish. He will give me options — options to save money, to expand my knowledge (I’m not good at home decorating), and he’s always willing to reeducate me. He will advise on colors (even providing multiple selections) and lead me to the right choice. A few years ago, I hired another company for a paint job and was surprised to see a notable difference between the quality of work. Now, I use Hoffman Painting every time!
