Following in his father‘s footsteps, Sam Hoffman established a robust career in general contracting. For near a decade, Sam has worked as a Project Manager for both national and regional General Contractors. Providing oversight and guidance to large teams servicing various sized projects totaling over $7M worth of work, Sam has developed a notable repertoire of clients in both the commercial and residential space throughout the East Coast and South Texas.
Throughout his tenure, Sam has garnered a reputation for structured leadership and streamlined execution. From managing client relations to budgets and timelines, and from cosmetic renovations to new builds, Sam breadth a breadth of varied expertise and experience.

In 2020, Sam began acting as an advisor to the Hoffman Finishing & Painting team, offering strategic guidance and pulling from his extensive knowledge and expertise in the construction field. As the company approaches its 100th year, Sam will take on a Partner role to transition the company into the fourth generation.
