Following in the footsteps of his father who worked more than 20 years with Hoffman Painting & Finishing, Mauricio Cea (Junior) is more family than Field Supervisor. Spending summers on the job with his father since the age of seven, Junior brings over a decade of full-time experience working and supervising projects. Junior loves getting the opportunity to interact with clients, understand their vision for a project, and then lead his team in the execution and completion of turning that vision into a reality.

When not on the job, you can find Junior spending time with his young daughter and dog, exploring or enjoying a cookout with friends and family.
