Interior Office Space Historic Restoration

To say the starting point for this job was a little rough is a massive understatement. This building went from a broken down, wide open old church, to a clean, bright and vibrant office space for a well known marketing company in Baltimore.

We worked alongside the general contractor who oversaw installing a second floor, which became the ceiling of the conference room.

Proper tools and safety equipment were essentials as we removed old plaster from door and arch ways.

The exposed brick was covered with water resistant drywall, and we covered up damaged or exposed parts of the wall. Old doorways that were no longer necessary were covered as well.

As the broken areas were covered up and the ceiling was hung, the room started to take shape, and we began to plaster the walls and fill in the gaps.

Our crew created whole new walls with plaster and smoothed out the ceiling.

After extensive sanding and smoothing, it was time to paint and add baseboards.

Once the project was complete, a beautiful transformation had taken place.

Broken down archways, exposed brick, ugly windows turned into a warm, professional, welcoming conference room that will be home to countless meetings and abundant creativity.
